Delicate Ink Tattoos

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting services.

Appointments & Booking

All tattoo services at Delicate Ink Tattoos are by appointment only.

Appointments are requested via Instagram DM. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmation and deposit requirements are met.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits:

• Are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo
• Secure your date and time
• Are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

Failure to provide a deposit may result in loss of the requested appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or cancellation at the artist’s discretion

Design Policy

All tattoos are custom-designed.

• Minor adjustments may be made on the day of your appointment
• Major design changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit
• Design previews are not sent in advance unless otherwise agreed upon

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment. No exceptions.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.

Delicate Ink Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service if:

• The client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• The requested tattoo is unsafe or inappropriate
• The skin is unsuitable for tattooing

Aftercare

Aftercare instructions are provided at every appointment.

Delicate Ink Tattoos is not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare, failure to follow instructions, or pre-existing skin conditions.

Artistic Rights

Delicate Ink Tattoos reserves the right to photograph completed tattoo work for portfolio, website, and social media use.

Client names or identifying information will never be shared without consent.

Refusal of Service

Delicate Ink Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety, professionalism, or inappropriate behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Delicate Ink Tattoos is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from tattoo services, provided all standard safety procedures are followed.

Changes to Terms
